Dirty Dozen 5k Obstacle Mud Run

Participants can join the 6th Annual Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run and Fun Run on September 14, 2024, in Clemmons, NC. The event offers a challenging 5K course with obstacles testing strength, agility, and stamina, as well as a Fun Run course for all ages. Proceeds will benefit community health programs, including those for cancer survivors. New for 2024 are updated medals, more heats for the Fun Run, and free childcare for YMCA members and volunteers.
